A3. How do I request a copy of my Academic Transcript?

All student records are stored in the central records department of Melbourne University. The Student Services Centre is able to provide you with a copy of your transcript after receiving your application form and signature.

The information at the following link will help you to obtain the documentation you require. It also outlines the application procedure and costs of ordering your transcript.  (If you have problems accessing that page you can also visit http://www.studentadmin.unimelb.edu.au/, then click on 'Academic Transcripts')

An application form can also be downloaded from this page or you can download one here. You can arrange for a copy to be sent by international courier if you require the information urgently (Please note, this incurs a higher cost). More general information about academic transcripts can also be found on the Melbourne Uni website listed above.

Contact Nadia La Rosa in Student Services Unit at MBS (N.LaRosa@mbs.edu) or the Alumni Department (alumni@mbs.edu) if you require further assistance.
