Application process/apply now

Applying is an easy process

1. Complete your electronic application to the Master of Management (Innovation) here.

2. Send us your referee reports, educational transcripts, an updated curriculum vitae and proof of citizenship, e.g. birth certificate or passport.

As soon as your application is complete and we have received all your supporting documentation, our selection committee will review your application and notify you of their decision within two to three weeks.

Timing

Admissions Decisions: MBS understands that awaiting the decision of the Selection Committee can be stressful. Decisions normally require a minimum of 2 weeks from receipt of a completed application.

Late Applications: Applications received after the closing date will only be processed if there are places remaining in that intake. Late applicants may be offered a place in a subsequent intake.

International Candidates: Australian student visa processing can take several months to complete. To avoid disappointment, please ensure that you submit your application as early as possible. For information about the student visa application process and lead time, please contact the Australian diplomatic mission in your home country.

Deferred Entry: The School will normally allow a successful candidate to delay entry to the MBA program for one year without submitting a new application. Longer delays may require a new application.

Successful applications
A formal letter of offer is sent to successful applicants detailing the terms and conditions of the offer and setting a deadline by which it must be accepted. The deadline is normally about four weeks from the date of the letter of offer.

Unsuccessful applications
Typically one in every three applicants is successful. The school appreciates that considerable time and effort are required to apply for a place in the program and that it is disappointing to submit an unsuccessful application. However, the School regrets that it is not able to comment on specific factors which may have led to the final decision of the selection committee.
