The MBS experience

The Executive MBA (EMBA) offered by Melbourne Business School is one of the most innovative management development programs available in the Asia-Pacific region. The EMBA allows high potential managers to acquire a well recognised, advanced management qualification while enhancing their job performance and maintaining balance in their personal lives. It is particularly suited for organisations which seek to develop their next generation of leaders and for experienced executives who wish to accelerate their professional development.

Image Mark-Laurie.jpgThe program recognises that management is increasingly a cross-border activity. The international module will be conducted in USA, Europe & China. In this context, MBS is especially delighted to be associated with the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, where the program builds from the marketing, strategy and leadership material studied in earlier module/s. In Europe the program is hosted by WHU Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management in Koblenz, widely recognised as the top private business school in Germany.

In pursuing the EMBA, participants will be committing to four highly intensive bursts of activity, each of four weeks duration, over an elapsed period of 14 months. This model of delivery has been strongly endorsed by both students and employers as it enables participants to fully focus on the learning process and maximise learning outcomes. Upon their return to the workplace in the intervening periods, they are immediately able to apply the knowledge gained.

The teaching faculty involved with this program is strongly motivated, with established reputations as outstanding management educators. The diverse class consists of proven achievers with a determination to make immediate contributions to their sponsoring organisations.
