Weekend Study Mode

The weekend study mode allows faster completion of the MBA (Professional). After World of Management, the remaining 9 core subjects are studied in groups of 3 each semester.

Each term is divided into 3 ‘long weekend' blocks with a 4 week break in-between. During this time students are required to work with their syndicate on assignments, complete set tasks and prepare for the next module.

Within each block the timetable is structured to allow for whole-of-class learning periods interspersed with periods for individual or syndicate study opportunities.

Each term includes one induction day and 3 long weekend blocks where students typically study 2 subjects across this three day period. A number of residential options are available for students who elect to remain close to campus for this period.

Normally students should expect to study at a rate of two subjects per term. Very able students have the option of accelerating the program by taking an additional subject in evening mode and thus completing all core subjects in one year.

Students may elect to become residential across this 4 day period and a number of residential options will be available.
