Developing a leadership and talent architecture with lasting impact
We’ve all heard about ‘the war for talent’ and most of us live with the consequences, good and bad, of finding, keeping and developing the ‘right’ people to manage and lead our organisations now and in the future. It’s not easy to get it right, often there are gaps in our approach, gaps in the leadership team, looming issues of an ageing workforce or an unbalanced workforce, and difficulties actually making the leadership and talent strategy become the reality. All the while there is mounting pressure on CEO’s and HR to ‘get it right’.
To assist you develop or strengthen the leadership and talent architecture for your organisation Mt Eliza Executive Education is holding a series of one-day interactive workshops.
Led by Professor Paul S Kirkbride - Associate Dean, Executive Education and Ross Anderson, Director, Public Sector, this workshop will look at successful approaches for assessing, attracting, retaining and developing leaders and talent which can be applied to your organisation. Examples from both public and private organisations will be discussed.
The workshop will encourage participants to analyse their own organisation’s leadership and talent management challenges through group discussion and case studies from successful organisations across a range of industries.
