HR Executive as Business Leader
For
HR/OD executives who have a strategic organisational focus, with the objective to make the transition from HR executive to business leader. You aspire to secure a position or seek to become an active player on the executive table.
Focus
Leading faculty will present on six themes – attraction, retention, talent management, culture and leadership, globalisation and international HR, and ‘Best Employer’. Develop a new way of thinking about how you can contribute to your organisation’s business plan. You will undergo a personal transformation through an understanding of your leadership style and personal barriers that prevent you from moving up in your organisation.
