The Event & Administration Coordinator works closely with the Event Manager, Program Manager and Director, Alumni & Community Relations, to provide event coordination, responses to constituent queries, updating of the web/portal and ad hoc administration and project support. The role will also provide support to the Office of Advancement by managing end-to-end donor cultivation and recognition events.
Key responsibilities will include;
> Administration and ongoing coordination of events
> Production and distribution of event marketing and promotional materials
> Establishing and maintaining business relationships with key stakeholders
> Documenting and reporting on events
> Database and webpage management
> Completion of ad hoc projects as required
The successful candidate will be customer-focused with superior coordination and administration skills. With past experience in event coordination, you will have knowledge of database management and the ability to multi-task. These skills, combined with, strong oral and written communication skills, will enable you to deliver an overall positive customer service experience to your team and key stakeholders.
