The MBS Master of Marketing program has a long and successful history in Melbourne and is now offered in Beijing in partnership with Beihang University (BUAA) enabling the quality of marketing education to be provided locally to the Chinese marketing community.

The Manager, China Marketing, Admissions and Student Services will be part of the marketing strategy development team and directly responsible for the execution of marketing strategy through sound market management in raising awareness and building a high positive profile for the School in the Beijing market and Greater China.

Other key areas of responsibility include:

  • Relationship management with business and government organisations to encourage workforce participation in MBS' academic programs.
  • Program management through the provision of high service levels to current and new students.
  • Management of the admissions process through to enrolment to achieve intake targets.
  • Compliance with legal requirements and obligations for MBS in China.
  • Play a vital team role working with a small team to deliver on program requirements and embed our quality and service reputation.

To be successful you will take great pride in your work and possess high levels of energy and enthusiasm. You will be able to demonstrate your track record in marketing high priced intangible and/or conceptual products as well as business to business marketing. You will also have a proven track record in building a successful localised organisation through understanding the markets in which you work and demonstrating your superior service orientation. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills are critical for this role.

The role requires fluency in written and spoken English as well as the flexibility to travel widely as a representative of the School.
