We design and deliver customised and tailored executive development interventions for top Australian and international organisations.
The Program Coordinator - Regional Programs will provide logistical support to regional partners (University of Cape Town & Universidad Adolfo Ibanez) while also being responsible for data maintenance and reporting. This role requires a high level of flexibility around working hours.
Key responsibilities will include:
> Deliver outstanding service to our partners & clients in Chile & South Africa
> Act as the primary contact for partner and client queries for regional programs
> Develop internal standards for data and reporting
> Produce regular electronic client reports
> Produce certificates and letters of achievement for graduates
> Regularly review data for consistency and robustness
Key selection criteria:
> Desire to work in a high performing team environment
> High level of attention to detail
> Outstanding written and verbal communication
> Highly organised with excellent time management skills
