Edmund King specialises in the delivery of leadership and organisational development interventions. He has a passion for ensuring that there are sustained pragmatic and realistic applications of learnings for the participant and the client organisation alike.

Frequently described by participants and clients as an energetic, innovative and customer focused facilitator, Edmund also has extensive experience in designing interventions and partnering with organisations in Australia and overseas.

Edmund has extensive experience in program leading and directing on several key Mt Eliza executive education public programs. He and Margaret Holden are Program Leaders for the Management Development Program.

With a twenty year background in managing his own company, Edmund has a thorough understanding of real world business issues and drive for measurable and relevant outcomes. A challenging yet empathetic feedback consultant Edmund is accredited in a range of feedback and diagnostic instruments.

Edmund has extensive experience in planning, co-ordinating, facilitating and evaluating training for a broad range of clients including Telstra, LeasePlan, ADP Employer Services, Barloworld Coatings, Orica, Simplot Australia, National Australia Bank, Australia Post, AXA, Macquarie Bank, Visy Recycling, Toyota, Kimberly Clark Australia and APRA, as well as several federal and state government departments. He has also developed statewide and national management and supervision courses, and national generic management skills modules.
