Margaret Holden is an Associate Program Director in leadership and management (with a special interest in coaching and mentoring).

Margaret's extensive career in the development of senior leaders has taken her around the world delivering programs for well known global organisations. She has delivered and directed development programs throughout Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Europe and the US to private and public sector clients including Macquarie Bank, Air Services Australia, Attorney General's Department, Defence Housing Authority, Sanofi-Synthelabo, Tyco Services, Kimberly-Clark, Australia Post, Holden, Hilton International Hotels and local government authorities.

Margaret's commitment to program participants is profound; her wisdom, life experience and personal values help to generate an environment in which participants can see fresh possibilities for their future careers, and achieve success in keeping with their highest goals.

She has achieved significant acclaim as her programs create profound change for individuals and achieve lasting impact for organisations.

Margaret Holden leads a range of Leadership and Management Programs including the Management Development Program and the Foundations of Leadership Program.

Margaret's expertise in coaching and mentoring is recognised through her role as Chief Feedback Consultant for the Center for Creative Leadership programs run through Mt Eliza Executive Education. She continues to lead the development of innovative approaches in these areas.

She is a widely experienced feedback consultant and accredited in the use of an extensive range of diagnostic instruments. She has also developed customised instruments for specific organisations.
