Our research
Our research projects aim to create new insight into emerging areas of leadership practice. Information on three current research projects is provided here. Carol Gill outlines her research on union impact on adoption of high performance work practices and psychological acceptance and self-efficacy. Amanda Sinclair provides feedback on a collaborative research project she leads.
